The registration fee covers:
- admission to all academic sessions,
- handout materials and information package,
- a gift package,
- welcome reception,
- gala dinner,
- conference lunches,
- tea / coffee breaks throughout the conference,
- social events included in the conference program,
- EARIE Membership fee of € 35 for the calendar year 2010 (i.e. commencing 1 January 2010).
To attend the EARIE 2009 Conference, you must be a paid member for the 2009 calendar year. You can find more information about the EARIE association and how to apply for membership via the website.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made by 1 May: reimbursement of 75% of the conference fee
Cancellations made by 1 June: reimbursement of 50% of the conference fee
Cancellations made after 1 June: NO reimbursement
On-site Registrations:
It will be possible to register at the conference itself using cash/bank transfer. An invoice will be sent to you by email as soon as your details have been introduced into the conference system. A receipt will be sent to you by email on receipt of payment.
